摘 要:应用信号平均技术记录心房图检测正常人122例及有心房纤颤(房颤)史伴有或不伴有左房大以及左房大无房颤史的病人共51例。结果表明:左房大小及滤波前P波振幅对有、无房颤发生无关,而X、Y、Z三导联滤波后P波时限及滤波后与滤波前的综合P波时限差延长;200~500Hz频段频谱所占面积增大,在有、无房颤发生中差别明显。Abstract SAAECG is a new method for invearigating atrial electric activities. This study was undertaken to determine the risk markers of atrial fibrillation (AF) formation.The SAAECG of 122 normal subjects and 51 patients divided into enlarged left atrium (ELA) with AF history (group Ⅰ). AF history without ELA (group Ⅱ)and ELA without AF history (group Ⅲ) were studied.The results suggest that significantly prolonged duration of the filtered P waves in three orthogonal leads X , Y ,Z (X ≥ 110ms, Y ≥ 125ms , Z ≥ 130ms) , significantlyaugmented time difference between the durations of filtered P wave and unfiltered P wave (≥10ms) , and the significantly increased area percentage in 200-500Hz frequency segment ( ≥ 22 % ) might be important predictive indices for AF episode , however, ELA and amplitude of unfiltered P wave might not be useful for the prediction.
