硝苯地平对高血压病患者血浆心钠素、肾素活性和醛固酮的影响

摘　　要：我们观察了16例正常人和20例高血压病患者口服硝苯地平10mg前及1小时后血浆心钠素、肾素活性和醛固酮的变化.结果表明,硝苯地平在有效降压的同时还使正常人和高血压病患者血浆醛固酮水平显著下降(P<0.05).但硝苯地平对血浆心钠素和肾素活性无明显影响(P>0.05).The changes of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), plasma renin activity (PRA) and aldosterone (ALD) were observed in 16 normal subjects and 24 patients with essential hypertension one hour after oral administration of nifedipine (10mg). The results showed that nifedipine significantly decreased plasma ALD level while it effectivly lowered blood pressure both in normal subjects and in hypertensive patients. It was also found that there were no significant effects of nifedipine on ANP and PRA.
