急性腹泻患者粪便中分离出抗O／129的非O1群霍乱弧菌

摘　　要：从临床急性腹泻患者的粪便标本中分离到非Ｏ１群霍乱弧菌１７５株，检出率为５．１３％，其中有１７株（９．７１％）具有抗１０μｇ和１５０μｇ二氨基二异丙基喋啶磷酸盐（Ｏ／１２９）的作用。试验表明：该１７株抗Ｏ／１２９的非Ｏ１群霍乱弧菌其Ｏ抗原分属于ＶＢＯ２、３、４、７、８和１０型；并与抗霍乱弧菌鞭毛单抗ＳＰＡ制剂凝集；对氟哌酸等７种临床常用药物１００％敏感，对ＴＭＰ－ＳＭＺ１００％耐药。he l75 consecutive isolates of vibrio cholera non-O1 were recoverd from fecal samples of acute di-arrheal patients admitted to the Beijing Tian Tan Hospital,From May 1992 to October l993;the de-tected rate was 5.13% .Among them,17 strains(9.71%)were resistant to 10 and l50μg 2,4-Di-amino-6,7-Diisopropteridine(O/129).Laboratory investigations of 17 strains revealed their O antigen belonged to different serotypes:VBO 2、3、4、7、8and 10 respectively.All of these strains were aggluti-nated with anti-Vibrio Cholera Flagella serum(monoclonal antibody).The drug sensitive tests indicated that they were resistant to Trimethoprim-Sulfamethoxazole.
