非O1群弧菌致腹泻的调查

摘　　要：为了解非Ｏ１群弧菌感染情况，对４６２例急性腹泻初诊患者粪便标本进行了病原学和药敏试验检测；非Ｏ１群弧菌１２１株，检出率为２６．４％。同时对其中３８４份标本检出痢疾杆菌５７株，检出率为１４．８％。药物敏感试验结果：非Ｏ１群弧菌对氧哌嗪青霉素敏感率７２．７％，泰利必妥７０．２％，氟哌酸６４．５％。对其它抗生素均有不同程度的耐药性。检验结果提示，就诊的腹泻患者中，由非Ｏ１群弧菌引起的感染性腹泻占有较高的比例，在临床诊断和治疗中要引起足够的重视。n order to know the etiological significance of Vibrio non O1 group in diarrhea 462 fecal samples were collected in which 121 strans belongt to Vibrio non O1 group,and the positive rate respectively were 26.4%. At the same time 57 strains of Shigella were recovered among 384 samples. The results of susceptibility test indicated the Vibrio non O1 were more sensitive to piperacillin ofloxacin norfloxacin and more resistance to others. In our hospital among the diarrhea patients the main bacteria was vibrio non O1 group. So we should take care of seriously in the etiological diagnosis and antimicrobacterial therapy.
