摘　　要：为探索糖尿病实验室指标，以果糖哌啶作为标准参照物与硝基四氮唑蓝（ＮＢＴ）进行还原反应，用以测定糖化血清蛋白的含量。经４９例正常人和３０例糖尿病患者临床检验，其糖化血清蛋白含量正常人为１．５０±０．３１ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ糖尿病患者为２．５２±０．７２ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ两者差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。实验结果表明，果糖哌啶性能良好，可作为糖化血清蛋白临床测定的标准参照物。he quantity of glycosylated serum protein in blood is an important index for diagnosing diabetes.The 1-deoxy-1-piperidino-D-fructose(DPF)was tried to be used as a standard reference material to re-act with Nitro Blue Tetrazolium Chloride(NBT ) in order to measure the glycosylated serum protein.Synthesis of DPF is described.The compound was characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectrum.The clinical inspection on 4 9 normol adults and 3 0 diabetes shows that the amount of glycosylated serumprotein is 1. 0±0.31mmol/L in the former and 2. 52±0.72mmol/L in the latter.A clear difference isshown between the two groups(P<0. 05)showing that DPF can be used as a standard reference mate-rial to measure glycosylated serum protein.
