双后肢大鼠增龄过程中腰椎间盘蛋白聚糖含量的变化

摘　　要：作者采用计算机图像分析系统和组织切片的Ｓｆｒａｎｉｎ０染色，系统观测双后肢大鼠模型下腰椎椎间盘蛋白聚糖含量的变化。结果发现：椎间盘髓核蛋白聚糖含量最高，增龄后１个月达１５６５±５５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ随着增龄蛋白聚糖开始下降，至１２个月时为６１６±３６ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，和对照组比较差异有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）；其次为内层纤维环；外层纤维环蛋白聚糖含量最低。增龄过程中椎间盘各部位蛋白聚糖含量逐渐减少，尤以髓核为著。双后肢大鼠椎间盘蛋白聚糖减少幅度更大。研究结果支持异常高应力加速椎间盘退变的观点。sing a computer based image analysis system andhistological sections stained with Safranin O , we investi-gated systematically the variation of proteoglycans (PG)contents in the low lumbar discs of bipedal rats. Topo-graphically, the PG concentration increased from theouter annulus to the inner nucleus pulposus region,which possesses the highest PG concentration. The PGcontent decreased with age, and a significant loss of PGwas observed in the lumbar discs of bipedal rats as com-pared with controls, especially in the nucleus pulposus.These observations support the view that the higher ab-normal mechanical stress accelerates disc degeneration.
