胎膜早破孕妇血浆脂质过氧化物和抗氧化物酶活性分析

摘　　要：为了探讨胎膜早破时体内脂质过氧化和抗氧化反应的改变，作者对５０例病因不明的孕晚期胎膜早破孕妇和１１６例正常孕妇血及其脐静脉血丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、硒谷恍甘肽过氧化物酶（ＳｅＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ）活性进行了测定。结果表明：胎膜早破组孕妇血及其脐静脉血血浆ＭＤＡ含量（分别为３．３±０．６及２．８±０．８μｍｏｌ／Ｌ）明显高于正常对照组（分别为２．８±０．５及２．３±０．５μｍｏｌ／Ｌ），Ｐ＜０．０１，其红细胞ＳＯＤ（１３２６±４２０Ｕ／ｇ．Ｈｂ）、ＳｅＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ（３０９±４９Ｕ／ｇ·Ｈｂ）活性比正常组（分别为１４７５±３９９Ｕ／ｇ·Ｈｂ，３３３±５７Ｕ／ｇ·Ｈｂ）明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）；比较孕妇血与脐血血浆ＭＤＡ含量及红细胞ＳＯＤ、ＳｅＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ活性，表明：两组孕妇血浆ＭＤＡ含量，红细胞ＳｅＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ活性均明显高于脐血，而红细胞ＳＯＤ活性明显低于脐血（Ｐ＜０．０１）。两组孕妇血与其脐静脉血浆中ＭＤＡ含量呈明显正相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示胎膜早破孕妇体内活性氧生成增多，脂质过氧化作用加强，可能是胎膜早破的诱因之一。o investigate the condition of lipid peroxidationand antioxidation in premature rupture of membrane(PROM) , we selected 50 women with PROM, with-out significant inducing factors, as study group, and116 healthy and uneventful gestational age pregnantwomen as controls. Blood samples were collected fromthe maternal and umbilical cord vein. The concentra-tion of plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activi-ty of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD), seleni-um glutathione peroxidase (SeGSH-Px) were deter-mined. The results showed that the plasma concentra-tions of MDA in the maternal and umbilical cord veinwere significantly higher in the PROM group than inthe control group (P<0.01), and the activity of ery-throcyte SOD and SeGSH-Px were significantly lowerin the PROM group than in the control group (P<0. 01 ). The levels in plasma of MDA and SeGSH-Px inerythrocyte were significantly higher in the maternalblood than in the umbilical cord blood , but the SOD ac-tivity was significantly lower. A posrtive correlation ofMDA concentration in plasma was found both in thematernal and umbilical cord veins (P<0. 01). It issuggested that hpid peroxidation improved may be oneof the factors of PROM induced , and one of the factorsof other related diseases induced by PROM.
