摘 要:采用化学复合镀技术,在汽车发动机活塞环表面镀制了Ni-P-SiC-MoS2新型复合镀层,并采用不同温度对其进行了热处理.结果表明,镀层表面光滑、平整,颗粒均匀,外观质量好.在200~400℃温度下进行热处理,其显微硬度呈现随温度升高而增大,至400℃时达到最大值.处理温度超过400℃后,显微硬度随之降低,与化学镀Ni-P和镀Cr比较,有更优的摩擦学性能和耐磨性.By adopting the technique of chemical compound plating,a new compound plating of Ni-P-Sic-MoS2 is put on the surface of an engine piston ring of an automobile,and is heat-treated at different temperatures.The result of the experiment shows that the surface of the plated layer looks even,smooth,uniform and has good quality of external appearance, and that within the range of 200  ̄ 400℃,the microhardness of the plated layer increases with the temperature rising,and reachs the maximum value at 400℃, but beyond 400℃,the microhardness declines. Compared with the Ni-P chemical plating and Cr plating,the new compound plating has batter anti friction performance and wear resistance.
