黄芪水煎液对环磷酰胺抗肿瘤活性与毒性的影响

摘　　要：采用组织学、实验血液学及常规肿瘤筛选方法观察了黄芪水煎液对环磷酰胺抗肿瘤活性及毒性作用的影响。结果表明黄芪可以增强环磷酰胺的抗肿瘤活性,同时促进因环磷酰胺所致造血功能损伤后的修复,降低骨髓嗜多染红细胞的微核率。Using routine methods of histology, hematology and screening of tumor, author have studied the effects of Astragalus membranaceus on antitumor activity and toxicity induced by cycloph-osphamide. The results indicate that it may inhibit division and proliferation of tumor cells, prolong survival days of S180 and Lewis (Lung tumor) mice, stimulate the recovery of bone marrpw injured by cyclophosphamide and deerease micronucleus rate of polychromatophil erythroblast in bone marrow.
