摘　　要：采用络合柱层法从新疆木香Inula helenium石油醚溶出部分分离得到两个结晶,经光谱分析鉴定为土木香内酯(Alantolactone)和异土木香内酯(Isoalantolactone)。Two crystalling Compounds were isolated from the extract of petroleum ether of roots of Inula helenium by silica gel-AgNO3 column. They were identified as Isoalantolactone (I) and Alantolactone (II) on the basis of spectral and physico-chemical analysis.
