海桐皮的化学成分研究

摘　　要：对六种商品海桐皮(刺桐皮、乔木刺桐皮、樗叶花椒皮、朵椒皮、木棉皮、刺楸皮)的主要化学成分进行了分离及鉴定。从刺桐、乔木刺桐皮中鉴定出含有艾索文碱erysovine(Ⅰ)、24—R—豆甾醇periferasterol(Ⅱ);樗叶花椒皮含有美花椒内酯xanthoxyletin(Ⅲ);木棉皮含有羽扇醇lupeol(Ⅳ))、羽扇酮lupenone(Ⅴ);刺楸皮含有腊酸cerotic acid(Ⅵ)。共六种化合物。Six compounds from six kinds of Hai-Tong-Pi in markets were isolated and idetified as erysovine (Ⅰ), periferastcrol (Ⅱ), xanthoxyletin (Ⅲ), lupeol (Ⅳ), lupenoae (Ⅴ) and cerotic acid (Ⅵ) by their chemical and physical evindences as well as spectral data. This investigation indicated that the 6 kinds of Hai-Tong-Pi possessed different chemical constituents.
