双波长差示光谱法测定甲蓉片中丹皮酚的含量

摘　　要：利用丹皮酚在碱性介质中紫外吸收光谱发生特征位移，用双波长差示先谱法消除干扰组分的影响，测定了甲蓉片中丹皮酚的含量。方法快速简便，结果准确，回归方程和相关系数分别为Ｙ＝０．００６５１＋４４．０２８９Ｘ，ｒ＝０．９９９６，加样回收率＝１０２．４２％，ＲＳＤ％＝０．８７。为该药的质量控制提供了一种较好的定量方法。A method for the determination of paeonol content in JIA Rong Tablet was reportedBy applying the specific untraviolet absorption spectrum shift of paeonol in basic medium and thedifferential double wnve-length UV spectrophotometry, the influence of interfering components waseliminated. The method is easy and quick, and the result is reliable. The standard curve regressionequation was Y=0.00651+44.0289X, r=0.9996. The average recovery was 102.42% , RSD=0.87% (n=6).This method offers a better qualitative way to control the quality of JIA RONG tablet.
