茵栀黄口服液对实验性肝损伤的药理作用及毒性研究

摘　　要：茵栀黄口服液对小鼠实验性肝损伤的药理作用研究发现，茵栀黄口服液能显著的抑制由ＣＣｌ４造成的小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶（ＧＰＴ）与总胆红素的升高。对ＣＣｌ４所致肝细胞坏死，具有保护作用。小鼠尾静脉ｉｖ的ＬＤ５０为１５．６ｍｌ／ｋｇ，ｉｇ最大耐受量为临床一日用药量的４５０倍。The effect of Yinzhihuang (YH) Oral Liquid on acute liver damage induced by carbontetrachloride (CCI4) in mice was studied. It was shown that YH Oral Liquid (15 or 30ml/kg, bid x 14d, ig)could remarkably inhibit the elevation of serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) and bilirubin, andalso exert a protective effect on necrosis of liver cells.The LD50 of YH Oral Liquid by various administration in nice was 15.6ml/kg, and the maximum tolerancedose by oral administration was 450 times of the clinical daily dose.
