六神丸对肾上腺作用的实验研究

摘　　要：观察了六神丸对肾上腺皮质束状带形态与功能的作用。结果是六神丸可使肾上腺增重，皮质束状带增厚，束状带细胞线粒体和脂滴的体丹密度增加，血浆皮质酮含量升高等等。以上结果提示，六神丸抗炎机制之一可能是兴奋、增强肾上腺皮质细胞的功能。The effect ol` Liu Shen Wan (LSW) on the ultrastructure and function of the zonafasciculata of adrenal cortex was observed in this study. It was shown that LSW increases the weight ofadrenal gland, thickens the zona fasciculata of adrenal cortex, increases the mitochondria and adipose den-sity in the cells of the zona, and raises the blood level of corticosterone. It is suggested that the enhancementof the cellular function of adrenal cortex may be one of the antiphlogistic mechanisms of LSW.
