摘　　要：应用ＴＬＣＳ法测定天芎头痛宁胶囊中天麻素含量，样品以无水乙醇提取，残渣以正丁醇溶解，经水提取和氧化镁吸附，排除了水溶性杂庙的干扰，以硅胶Ｇ为薄层吸附剂，氟仿一甲醇一乙酸（６：２：０．１５）为展开剂，１０％磷钼改乙醇溶液为显色剂，用ＣＳ－９３０薄层扫描仪，在λ＿Ｓ＝５４０ｎｍ，λ＿Ｒ＝４７５ｎｍ波长处测定含量，本法平均加标回收率为９９．７０％，同一样品５次独立测定的ＲＳＤ为２．６４％。The content of Gastrodine in Tian Xiong Tou Tong Ning Capsule was detrmined by TLCscanner. The sample was refluxcd and extracted with ethanol. The residue was dissolved in n-butanol,extracted with water and adsorbed wirh magnesium oxide in order to get rid of water-soluble impurities.Applying chloroform-methyl-36% acetic acid (62.0.15)as the solvent developer system on silica gel G plateand10% phosphomolydic acid alcohol solution as the color dcveloping reagent, CS-930 dual wavelengthscanner was used to determine the content of gastrodine at λ_S=540nm and λ_R=475nm. The recovery rate of themethod is 99.70% and RSD is 2.64%(N=5).
