养心生脉冲剂的检验方法的研究

摘　　要：研究了养心生脉冲剂的检验方法，对处方中的丹参、赤芍及怀牛膝进行了薄层鉴别；并用薄层扫描法测定了红奉中人参皂甙Ｒｇ１的含量为０．０１０８６～０．０１２０１％，回收率为９７．１６％，ＲＳＤ％＝１．１６。其方法准确，重现性好，结果满意。The quality control standard of Yang Xin Sheng Mai Granule was suidied. Badix Ginseng,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Paconiac Rubra and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae were identified byTLC. The contcnt of Ginscnoside Rg1 0.01 086￣ 0.01201%, the recovery rate 97. 1 6% and the cofficient vari-ation 1.16%. This method is simple and its result is reproducible and desirable.
