摘　　要：采用ＨＰＬＣ法测定强力士口服液中淫羊藿甙的含量。样品处理以聚酰胺柱上乙醇洗脱为关键，在Ｃ１８柱上用甲醇－０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钠溶液（５２：４８）为流动相，在２７０ｎｍ波长处测定，平均回收率９８．９％，ＲＳＤ为２．１％。The conteni of icariin in Qianglishi oral liquid was deterniined by HPI.C .Thesample was eluied in polyamide by ethanol. The chromatographic conditions were as follows:HPLC column C18; mobile phase, niethanol-0. lmol/L, sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution(52: 48) ;detected at 270nm wave length. the average recovery rate was 98. 9 % (RSD= 2.1%).
