摘　　要：清热解毒等治则对家兔内毒素性热毒血瘀证模型血液流变性的影响江苏２１００２９南京中医学院卞慧敏，樊海，杨进主题词清热解毒，活血祛瘀，大肠杆菌素类／致病人，血瘀／分析，血液流变学，疾病模型，动物，动物／兔ＴｈｅＥｆｆｅｃｔｓｏｆｔｈｅＦｏｕｒＴｈｅｒａｐ...AbstractThe paper discusses the four therapeutic principles of effects on blood rheology of clearingaway Heat and Toxic Material(CAHT),Nourishing Yin(NY),Promoting Blood Circulation to Remove Blood Stasis(PBC)and Regulating Movement of Qi(RMQ)by the rabbit's heat stasis model in endotoxin.The results show that the mixed group of CAHT, NY,PBC and RMQ is the best in restraining the rabbit’s blood specific viscosity(20 s￣(-1));the group of RMQ and NY,thegroup of PBC and NY,the group of PBC and RMQ are better in keeping down model's plasma specific viscosity;all groups except the group of CAHT and NY, the mixed group of CAHT,NY,PBC and RMQ can obviously restrain the rabbit's blood sedimentation from lowering;both of the group of CAHT and NY,the PBC and NY can raise the falling hematocrit.From the discription above,we find that the prescription of CAHT may keep the model rab-bits from dropping of plasma specific viscosity,while the NY may improve the rabbit's blood rheology.
