铝板支架治疗先天性髋关节脱位1168例报告

摘　　要：采用自制铝板支架治疗先天性髋关节脱位１１６８例（１６３３个髋），其中得到６个月～１１年随访的１０２４例（１３４９个髋），结果治愈１３３５髋，占９８．９％；１３１个股骨头发生缺血性坏死，坏死率占９．７５％（其中２例呈扁平髋）。临床观察结果表明，铝板支架可随时调整髋关节屈曲、外展角度，既能保持髋关节的稳定性，又利于患肢活动，对促进髋部血液循环，降低股骨头的坏死率有明显作用。并具有取材容易、操作简单、患儿痛苦小、护理方便等优点，是治疗先天性髋关节脱位的较理想的方法。cases (1637 hips) of congenital hip dislocation (CHD) were treated by aluminium board brace. Eleven-and-half-year follow-up of 1024 cases (1349 hips) showed that 1335 hips were cured with 98. 9% of all hips; 131 femoral heads had ischemic necrosis with 0.75% of necrosis rate (2 flat hips).Through clinical observations,it was suggested that the aluminium board brace used for CHD could regulate the flexion and abduction of the hip at all times. That benefited the limb motion as well as mainained the hip stability ,which was of importance for promoting the blood circulation of the hip and reducing the femoral head necrosis rate.This method had some advautages,such as less sufferings to the sick children and convenience to the nursing care and so on,and so could be regarded as one of the ideal therapies for CHD.
