化瘀通腑法对子宫内膜异位症痛经的治疗作用及机理探讨

摘　　要：从化瘀通腑立法研制的内异Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号丸治疗子宫内膜异位症116例,对痛经疗效显著,对改善局部体征亦有肯定的作用。患者治疗前经期血浆前列腺素E_2,前列腺素F_(2α)水平显著高于正常妇女,血浆β-内啡肽水平显著低于正常妇女,治疗后前列腺素水平降低,β-内啡肽水平升高。compounded on the treating principle of stasis - removing- purgation, yielded significanteffect on men-orrhalgia. as well as definite improvement of local signs.
