冠心克的抗凝血和耐缺氧作用研究

摘　　要：研究结果表明:冠心克能明显延长凝血时间、凝血酶原时间、缩短优球蛋白溶解时间,增加纤维蛋白溶解酶活力,提高动物的耐缺氧能力。提示冠心克对治疗冠心病有重要意义。Studies showed that Guanxinke markedly prolongs the coagulation time, prothrombin time, shortens the eu-globulin lysis time, increases the activity of fibri-nolysin and animal's potential of tolerating anoxia. These suggest that Guanxinks is an promising agent for coronary heart disease.
