摘　　要：本文观察了冠心克对小鼠、兔高脂血症模型的影响。冠心克可明显降低血清胆固醇及甘油三酯,对高密度脂蛋白无影响,可使主动脉粥样硬化面积缩小。提示冠心克可用于防治冠心病及高脂血症。The impact of Guanxinke on hyperlipemia in mice and rabbit models was observed. It was shown that Guanxinke markedly lowered the serum cholesterol and triglyceride. However, no effect can be observed on high density lipoprotein. It also decreased the size of artherosclerotic lesion in the aorta, suggesting that Guanxinke may be indicated for the treatment of coronary heart disease and hyperlipemia.
