摘 要:从泗棉2号×斯字棉701N的F2中发现18株黄绿苗突变体,经选择鉴定后,育成一个具有无蜜腺抗虫性状的黄绿苗浙12-12N新品系,其黄绿苗性状明显、显现早、持续时间长,在子叶和苗期真叶上均呈现淡黄色,在棉铃吐絮期前植株顶端完全展开叶至倒四叶仍然表现黄色叶;植株紧凑、结铃多、结铃率高而且多集中于1~10果枝的1~2果节上;生产潜力大,籽棉产量和皮棉产量均较泗棉2号增产;纤维品质好,种仁含油率高达34.19±0.06%;配合力好,在(黄绿苗浙12-12N×泗棉2号)F1中,皮棉产量较泗棉2号增产15.03%,具有较高的超亲优势;天然杂交率高达22.92%。因此,它是一个优良的种质资源和在杂种优势利用中作为母本不去雄人工辅助授粉或依赖野蜂等昆虫传粉,生产大量杂交种种子供生产利用的指示性状品系。A new yellow-green seedling line was derived from one of 18 yellow green seedling plants in F2 population of si - mian2 × stoneville 701N. This mutant line is characterized by its nectarilessness, resistance to insects, and earlyand long expression of yellow - green. It has Pale yellow leaves at cotyledon and euphylla at seedling stages, and hasYellow leaves from top and to reverse fourth leaf even at open boll stage. Its plant morphology show compact plant type. This mutant showed high boll setting percentage, and bolls were set largely on the first to secong fruitingnodes of the first to tenth fruiting branches, on the other hand, it has higher seed cotton yield and lint cotton yieldthan si-mian2, good fiber quality and high kernel oil contents 34. 1910. 06%, For combining ability, Zhe12-12N × si -mian2 F1 increase lint cotton by 15- 03 % yield than si -mian2, and has high heterosis over best parentand has outcrossing percentage as high as 22. 92 %. As a result, this mutant can be used as a good germplasm resource in cotton breeding , and also used as a marker character in heterosis utilization because we can produce largeamount of hybrid seeds by artificial pollination or by insect -pollination and without removing of anthers.
