摘　　要：用价电子平均核势￣［１］和有效键电荷密度来研究Ａ－Ｈ键振动频率的规律性，得出了一个关东式。用该式计算振动频率的值与实验值非常接近。In this peper. an equation is obtained through researching the regularity of the vibrationalfrequency of the chemical bond A-H by using the average nuclear potential of the valence electronsand the effective bend electric charge density. The values of the vibrational frequency are calculatedwith the equation. The resul ts are in agreement with the experimental data.
