乐脂平治疗非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（NIDDM）患者高脂血症疗效观察

摘　　要：通过对乐脂平治疗１２例ＮＩＤＤＭ患者高脂血症的疗效观察，发现用药２周后，与治疗前相比较，ＨＤＬ－Ｃ水平明显增高，而ＬＤＬ－Ｃ与致冠心病独立因子ＬＰ（ａ）水平却显著降低，但对肝肾功能等均无不良影响，说明该药是治疗糖尿病高脂血症及防止糖尿病血管病变的有效药物。he Treatment effects of aclpimox on hyperlipemia in 12 type Ⅱ diabetic patients wore investi-gated in this paper.Comparing with the levels of serum lipid before treatment with aeipimox,thelevels of High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(HDL-C)were significantly increased,while the levelsof Low Density Lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and the independent factor causing coronary heartdi.ease[Lp(a)]were significantly reduced after administration of this drug for two weeks. Further-more, the hepatic and renal functions were not influenced by this drug It is indicated that acipimoxwas a potentially efficient drug to reduce serum lipid levels and prevent from macroangiopathy in di- abetes mellitus.
