摘　　要：应用免疫组化方法研究１５例乳腺派杰氏病，用单克隆抗角蛋白及上皮膜抗原抗体进行检测，结果示所有病例派杰氏细胞均表达角蛋白，上皮膜抗原。其表型与乳内的管内癌或浸润性导管癌一致。观察结果表明，派杰氏细胞来源于其下的乳癌，但不能排除某些病例可能原发于表皮。5 cases of mammary paget s discase have been studied with immunohistochemical technique. The antibodies used were directed against cytokeratin and epithelial membrane antigen. The paget'scells of all cases expressed cytokeratin and epithelial mem brane antigen,Cellular phenotype wasconsistent with the underlying intraduct or invasive carcinoma.The results of observation demon-strate that the paget's cells derive from tht underlying breast carcinoma,but the possibility of somecases originating from epidermis cannot be excluded.
