摘  要:纯铜脱氧、脱氢、脱硫精炼的关键是寻找一种对铜液无污染的高效精炼剂。开发出一种新型的铜液复合精炼剂CBMR,并在实验室对纯铜液进行了精炼试验,表明该精炼剂具有很强的脱氧能力,可使铜液含氧量降低到10ppm,并具有良好的脱氢和脱硫作用、其精炼反应产物很易从铜液中浮除.试验还表明.稀土元素对铜液有脱氢作用.The key to rifining pure copper by deoxidation, dehydrogenation and desulphation isto search for an effective refiner without pollution to the molten copper. A new kind ofcomposite refiner CBMR has been successfully developed. The refining experiment wasmade on pure copper with CBMR refiner in lab., the refiner was found to be a efficientdeoxidizer which decrease the oxygen level in molten copper to 10 ppm, while the CBMRrefiner has significant ability to dehydrogenate and desulphate, the refining dross can beeasily removed from melten pure copper. The experiment showed that RE has dehydrogenation for melten copper as well.
