摘　　要：简要地介绍了沛普自硬砂铸造车间概况，详细地阐述了ＮＨ缸体沛普自硬砂无箱造型工艺、工装设计原则及其成功经验。自硬砂车间投产后给工厂创造了较大的经济效益并为我国的铸造技术、铸造工艺的发展作了较大的贡献。This article gives a abrief intreduction of pepset flaskless casting foundry shop,and give the successfulexperience of casting process design and mold design of NH cylinder blick pepset flaskless and mold.Since theflaskless cast foundry shop is steated in operation,it is has brought a lot of profits and useful coutributions to thedeveloping of casting process deslgn.
