摘 要:对脲醛呋喃树脂自硬砂的溃散性能进行了系统的工艺实验。结果表明:强度损失系数a越大,树脂砂的溃散性能就越好;再生砂的加入量、树脂的含氮量、树脂的存放期、固化剂的种类、型芯的加热温度以及水泡树脂砂型芯等均对强度损失系数有明显的影响。此外,还提出了改进树脂砂溃散性能的若干措施。The technological experiments on the collapsibility of UF furan resin self-hardening sand have beensystemly made。The results demostrated That the greater the strength loss coefficient,the better thecollapsibility of resin-bonded sand an influence were obviously upon the strength loss ceefficient with the additioncontent of regenerater sand, the N content and stored perlod of furan resin, and the type of catalytic agent,aswell as the heating temperature of sand mould and core and so on; Moreover,this paper has also made mention ofthe measures by which the collapsibillity of resin-bonded sand can been improved.
