摘　　要：分析了气冲造型机冲击阀的开启背压及背压升对气冲紧实效果的影响，提出了在气冲造型机的设计中有效地降低冲击阀的开启背压和控制背压升的具体途径。The influence of the backpressure and its increment of t he impact molding machine valve oncompactness effect has been analysised in the paper。 The concrete method decreasing effectively openingbackpressure and controlling backpressure increment of the impact valve has been developed in the design of air-impact molding machine.
