摘　　要：我们对17例ALL 58次HD-MTX治疗,出现的副作用及处理进行了总结分析,认为:(1)副作用以呕吐、发热及药物性肝炎多见;(2)发热可能与MTX直接脑毒性有关;(3)药物性肝损害表现为GPT增高,可于短期内恢复;(4)局部应用0.1g/L四氢叶酸钙可减轻口腔及肛周溃疡的发生。17 cases of ALL with complete remission were treated with high dose methotrexate(3g/m2)for 54 times. Side effects and complications of HD-MTX included gastrointestinal intolerance.fever,hepatot oxicity,mucositis and so on MTX -induced febis may be mainlg due toxicity in brain. Hepatotoxicit y Characterized by elevation of serum transaminas es diminished in a few days. Local treatement with 0. 1g/L of calcium leucovorin was helpful to remission of oral and perianal ulceration.
