L_(90)型针迅速抽胸液法治疗结核性胸膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：102例结核性胸膜炎随机分为两组治疗，结果表明：L90型针治疗组治愈率（90．4％）高于对照组（66.0％）（P＜0．05），而胸膜肥厚和包裹住积液治疗组低于对照组（P＜0．05）。采用L90型针迅速抽水治疗，具有疗效好，并发胸膜肥厚和包裹性积波发生率低，操作简便和副作用小等优点。In a randomized, controlled, clinical trial of 102 cases of tuberculous pleural effusion,the cure rate in L90,-type needle group was 90. 4%, superior to a 66. 0% curative in the control group(P＜0. 05), the occurrence of pleural thickening and encapsulated fluid was less in L90-type neeldegroup (P<0. 05),Rapid suction of pleural effusion using L90-type neelde was found with high effect,Iow side effects,easy to apply and low morbidity of pleural thickening and encapsulated pleurisy.
