聚季铵粘土稳定剂的性能评价

摘　　要：介绍了主链型、支链型和杂环型4种车铵盐型有机阳离子聚合物:丙烯酰胺—二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵共聚物(PADM),丙烯酰胺—三甲基单烯丙基氯化铵共聚物(PATM),阳离子化聚丙烯酰胺(PCAM)和环氧氯丙烷—二甲胺聚合物(PEDA)的合成,并对其稳定粘土性能进行了评价。得知PEDA的抑制能力最好,其次是PATM、PADM和PCAM。经过对该体系絮凝、缓蚀等性能机理的讨论,证明4种聚季铵拈土稳定剂也具有絮凝、缓蚀作用。The synthesis of four kinds of cat ionic polymer is presented , including copolymer of acrylamide and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride , copolymer of acrylamide and trimethyl allyl ammonium chloride , cationic polyacrylamide , copolymer of epoxy chloropropane and dimethyl amine . The clay stabilization , flocculation , corrosion inhibition of these polymers are evaluated . The influence of molecular structure of polymer on properties is discussed .
