摘  要:雄性败育度(设为纵坐标)随敏感期内日照时数(设为横坐标)的增加呈“S”状曲线增加。该曲线是水稻光敏不育性表现的特征曲线。在温度单因子的作用下,“S”状曲线的坐标沿纵轴方向上下浮动;由于光温互作的存在,温度对临界日长值的修饰可导致它沿横坐标轴方向的左右移动;作为日长对温度效应水平制约的结果,该曲线的形状发生改变:即近短日端变幅较大,近长日端变幅较小。光周期、温度、光温互作等因子对雄性育性的作用是耦合在一起的,拟把上述各单因子作用模式,即“S”状曲线在纵坐标轴方向上下浮动,在横坐标方向左右移动和形变之简单叠加,作为光敏不育水稻育性转换光温作用模式的雏形。其结果在33—25/26—18℃(昼/夜)温度区间内是在SPT(光敏不育水稻花粉败育度-光周期-温度)三维坐标系内的一个曲面。每个光敏不育水稻都有一个特征的三维曲面。作者建议测绘有实用价值的光敏不育水稻的SPT三维曲面,进而对其安全制种的光温参数做出科学推断。The locus of the increase of male sterile degree (ordinate) under a certain temperature with extension of daylength (abscissa) during the sensitive phase to photoperiods was represented as a S-shaped curve in the Cartesian coordinate system, which is the common characteristics of PGMS rice. The Cartesian coordinate of the S-shaped curve, drifted upwards or downwords along the ordinate accompanying fluctuations of single factor of temperature, and translated on left or right along the abscissa resulted from the modification of critical daylength. Due to the influence of daylength to the level of temperature effect, the curve shape was evoluted, the variable scopes of the curve under short day conditions were larger than that under long day conditions.Some factors such as photoperiod, temperature and interaction between photoperiod and temperature etc. Integrated to influence the male sterility of PGMS rice. The simple addition of the effects of above factors, which assembled in the coordinate migration along ordmate or abscissa and in the evolution of the figure of S-shaped curve, may form a preliminary model for fertility conversion of PGMS rice in response to photoperiod and temperature.Its outcome is a curved surface in three-dimensional coordinate system of SPT (pollen abortion degree-photoperiod-temperature) at the temperature range of 33-25/26-18℃(day/ night). Each PGMS line has its characteristically curved surface. Authors suggest that determination of the curved surfaces of every applicable PGMS line should be started with experiments, for drawing a scientific inference on photoperiod and temperature parameters indispensable to safety hybrid seed production.
