巴西橡胶无性系幼龄树数量性状的遗传学研究

摘　　要：采用3次重复的随机区组设计,用16个巴西橡胶(Hevea brasiliensis)无性系幼龄树为材料,研究了13个数量性状的遗传参数、分析并比较了11个性状的广义遗传力、相关遗传力、遗传与表型变异系数、相对与绝对遗传进度;同时估算了各性状对试割产量的相关遗传变异贡献率和间接选择的相对效率。本文还估算了遗传相关信息与遗传相关贡献,并建立了综合选择指数。上述研究结果揭示,叶脉参考角度、乳管堵塞指数和产量指数等几个性状比较稳定,选择潜势较大,由产量指数、参考角度、堵塞指数、比叶重和原生皮厚度5个性状组成的第11号选择指数I_(11)=0.5873X_4-0.0485X_5-0.0522X_6-0.0380X_7+0.0242X_9比较理想。Genetic parameters of 13 quantitative characters in Hevea brasiliensis were studied with 16 immature clones by means of random block design with 3 replicates. Heritabilities in broad, correlated heritabilities between the characters, genotypic and phenotypic coefficients of variation, relative and absolute genetic advance were analysed and compared. The relative efficiency of indirect selection on testtapping yield through other characters, and the contribution rate in correlated genetic variation were also estimated. In addition, calculation for genetic correlation information and genetic correlation contribution were performed and the comprehensive selection indexes for testtapping yield were established.It is revealed that the three characters, i.e., reference angle, plugging index and yield index, are more important for selecting the good seedling and the llth selection index, I,, = 0.5873X4-0.0485X5+0.0522X6-0.0380X7-K).0242X9 composed of the 5 characters, i.e., yield index, reference angle, plugging index, special leaf weight and primary bark thickness, is better than other indexes.
