口唇部的应用人类学研究

摘　　要：为适应口唇部或面颌部修复重建的需要，作者对122名18～20岁面部和谐，关系正常的大学生（男59，女63）口唇部16项及颌面部15项共31项指标进行测量及下颌角与耳上基点耳下基点连线的关系等5项指标进行观察．对所获观测结果进行统计学处理，比较男女性差，得出两性各项指标的正常数据，为颌面外科，整形外科提供形态学基础。in this study l22 students (maIe 59, female 63), l8 to 2o years of age, wlth symmetri-cal face and normal occlusaI ralatiol1 were examined by means of physical anthropologic methed tomeet the needs of reparation and reconstruction surgery of the mouth and lips. The anthropometry ofsixteen indexes of the mouth and lips and fifteen maxillofaciaI indexes, and the anthroposcopy of fiveindexes including the relation between the gonion and the line connecting the otobesion superius and o-tobdsion inferiu were. made. The resuIts obtained by above observation and measurement the weretreated with statistical method. The difference bwtween male and female sexes were observed. Thenormal values of all the indexes of beth sexes were obtained, which are basic data for maxillofacialsugery and plastics.
