摘 要:烟道气是一含有多种化合物的复杂体系.除N_2,O_2外,还含有燃烧产物H_2O,CO_2,CO,NO_x,SO_2和H_2S等.烟气样在贮放过程中它们之间相互影响,使各自的浓度发生变化.为了得到烟气中N_2O含量的准确测定值,分别研究了H_2O,SO_2和NO的含量、放置时间对N_2O生成量的影响.试验结果表明,玻璃注射器不适于贮放烟气样.样品中只有H_2O,SO_2和NO三种化合物同时存在时,才会有进一步的N_2O生成.其生成量与H_2O,SO_2和NO的含量相关.烟气中的H_2O,SO_2除去后,煤粉炉N_2O的排放浓度较低,为0.6ppm,循环流化床锅炉烟气中排放N_2O浓较高,为31.2ppm.The flue gas is a complex system consisting of many components. Besides N2 and O2. it also contains products of combustion,such as:H2O,CO2,CO,HC,NOx,SO2,HS,etc. During the storage of flue gas sample, these components could react with each other and result in the changing of their concentrations. In order to measure the N2O content in flue gas sample accurately, the influences of the contents of HaO,SO2 and NO in the sample and the time period of the sample storage on the N2O formation were investigated. The results show that glass syringe is not suitable for sample storage. The further formation of N2O after sampling occures only in the case of simultaneously presenting H2O,SO2and NO,and closely depends upon their concentrations and period of storage. After removing H2O and SO2,the measurements show that N2O emission is the lowest,about 0. 6ppm from boiler using powdered coal,and the highest one,up to 31. 2ppm from circulating flu-idized bed boiler.
