摘　　要：利用8098单片机的脉宽调制输出(以下简称PWM)的特点,控制大功率晶体管模块GTR的导通与关断比,从而使步进电机绕组中的电流保持不变,大大改善了绕组中电流波形,提高了步进电机的高频特性.本驱动源最大相电流可达20A.Making use of the feature of the pulse width modulation output, controlling the ratio of conducting and shutting off of the large power transistor module GTR, so the current of the stepper motor winding can keep the constant and its wave in the winding are get to improve.
