摘　　要：借助于计算机，配合完成三峡库区新城镇和居民点的建设这一复杂的系统工程进行了可行性分析，提出了设想．The paper makes feasibility analysis for a complicated system engineering about the constructions of new urbane and inhabitant zunes near Three Gorges reservoir by means of the computer techniques of multimedia. expert system. optimization and simulation. and puts forward some suggestions.
