摘 要:从信息集成角度出发,对CIMS工程(CAC—CIMS)刀量具调度与管理系统需求做了较深入分析,提出了刀量具调度与管理系统软件模块划分及各模块应具有的功能.在TCP/IP通讯协议,ORACLEV6.0关系式数据库管理系统及其开发工具支持下,基于SCOUNIXSVR3.2操作系统,完成了刀量具调度与管理系统开发和调试工作.运行结果表明,该系统满足CAC—CIMS需求.This paDer presents development work done on a part of one of a number of projects undertaken under China's national high technology program '863'. An expert group, appointed by P.R.C. State Science and Technology Commission, organizes and administers this proket. In 1990 the expert group selected Chengdu Aircraft Corporation (CAC) as the appropriate first industrial enterprise to apply Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS) to improving its production. The prokct is naturally named CAC-CIMS. CAC-CIMS comprises four subsystems: Management information System (MIS), Quality information System (QIS), CAD / CAPP / CAM, and Factory Automation (FA) which is more often known as Flexible Manufacturing System in the world. Besides the above four subsystems there arc two support systems: Network and DBMS, which are readily purchased on the international computer market.The authors' development work is 'Tool-Measurer Scheduling and management System', which is needed by all three production lines (FDNCI, FDNC2, FMS1) now considered for FA.With the purchase of TCP / IP Network Protocol, ORACLE V6.0 DBMS (including development tools) assured, the authors develop the needed software. Based on requirement analysis, the software is composed of the following six modules: Tool-Measurer Planning Management, Tool-Measurer Scheduling, Tool DB, Measurer DB, Bar Code Treatment, and Automated Storage Interface.The authors try to so develop their tool-measurer management system as to approach the optimum under present-day conditions in China. These conditions are mainly: minimizution of investment and lack of technically sufficiently advanced Robots and AGV for complete automation.So the authors' system takes full advantage of technician initiative, such as; tools are transported from one machine to another manually instead of by means of expensive AGY. Thus the authors' System is a semi-automatic or man-assisted one and its trial operation in the second half of 1994 was satisfactory.
