摘 要:取Wistar年轻雄性大鼠24小只分成实验组和对照组,分别饲维生素A(VA)缺乏和正常对照食物,从而建立亚临床VA缺乏大鼠动物模型。实验各阶段测定有关指标,总实验期80天。结果表明:亚临床VA缺乏对生长发育无明显影响,也无临床症状,但可影响造血功能,造成①与缺铁性贫血类似的血液学及生化改变②贮存铁释放障碍致肝脾铁累积。该结果为治疗缺铁性贫血提供了依据,对临床出现贫血单用铁剂效果不好者加用VA;则可能收到满意的效果。wenty-four male rats were divided randomly into the experimental and control groups,fedwith vitamin Adeficient diet and normal diet. respectively。 Total expetiment period was 80 days。The resulrs showed that subclinical Vitamin A deficiency had rarely influenced the growth anddevelopment of rats,but affected the hematopoietic function of the experimental rats as follows:1)Similar changes like lron- deficient anemia happened in hematological indexes and serumbiochemical parameters and 2) transferrin synthesis decreased in Vitamin A- deficient group,re-sulting in Iron accumulation in liver and spleen,reducing Iron transportation to the bOne mar-row, stimulating bone marrow proliferation。Based on our study,it is supported that Vitamin A is somewhat related with mechanism ofiron metabolism,When the response to treatment with iron alone is not satisfied, Vitamin AShould be added with the iron,and anemia would be greatly improved。
