摘　　要：该文介绍新造船中采用环氧树脂作为船舶低速柴油机基座垫片的工艺特点及技术关键。总结了对设计进行审查及对浇注工艺进行监督的经验。文章指出，严格按要求设计并控制浇注质量，环氧树脂作为低速柴油机基座垫片的可靠性是可以保证的，航运界应该接受这一技术。In this paper, the particular technique of using epoxy resin for low speed main diesel engine of ships is described and foe authors, experiences of examing the design as well as supervising of resin pouring process are summarized. It is emphasized that the reliability of epoxy rasin for main diesel engine can be ensured subject to the strict design and good quality control.Thus this technology should be accepted in maritime circles.
