从有关成份分析结果看碱谷的开发前途

摘　　要：碱谷耐盐碱、抗旱涝；在不同肥力的土壤上，籽粒产量：２６２５～４８７５ｋｇ／ｈａ；干草产量：１０５００～１８０００ｋｇ／ｈａ。有关成份分析结果表明，碱谷种子含２０．６０％粗脂肪，其中不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量３／４，软脂酸占１／４，两项合占总量９９％；粗蛋白含量为８．９７５％，蛋白质含量为８．２６０％，蛋白质由１９种氨基酸组成，不仅人体必需的８种氨基酸齐备，且其含量达３．４９３％，占总氨基酸库３８．８７％；淀份含量为５０．３７％。这些为碱谷的开发提供了科学依据。Ragimillet is tolirant of salt and alkali, and resistant to drourght and water. In the soil of different fertility, the seed yield was 2625-- 4875kg/ha, and the hay yield was 10500-- 18000kg/ha.The results of relative componeuts analysed show that seeds of Rapimiliet contain 20. 60%DW. Crude fat; the content of unsaturated fatty acids approaches 3/4 of the total content of all fatty acids; the content of palmitic acid is 1/4 of all fatty acids; and the content of both above --mentioned is 99 % of all acids; the content of crude protein is 8. 975 %DW ; the protein content is 8. 260%DX; and this protein consists of 19 kinds of amino acids and contains 8 essential amino acids in human body, whose content is 3. 493%DW and is 38.87% of the total acid pool; the content of starch is 58. 37%DW. The all these provide scientific basis for exploitation of Ragimillet.
