摘  要:用动态热分析技术研究了碳黑填充橡胶在高应变与低应变下的动态粘弹行为,并考察了应变史对填充橡胶力学性能的影响。The Viscoelastic behavior of SBR-500 filled with carbon black at high static and dynamicstrain was characterized with an EPLEXOR dynamic mechanical spectrometer. At high dynamicstrain,the modulus of rubber filled with carbon black decreases with increasing dynamic strain,re- flecting the disentanglement of the bound rubber and the bulk rubber. The modulus depends primaryon the chemical crosslink density and not the volume loading of carbon black.At high static strain,the modulus of rubber filled with carbon black increases rapidly with increasing static strain. Thehigher volume loading of carbon black plays a key roll.The primary effect of carbon black on highstatic strain properties is through nonaffine deformation mechanism and the entangelments of boundrubber and bulk rubber.
