摘 要:根据鸡性连锁矮小型基因的遗传方式,通过恰当的选配安排,从携带dw基因的鸡群中分离出矮小型鸡,并使dw基因在公母鸡中达到纯合,经建系扩群、选优去劣,从而在贵州首次育成矮小型黄羽鸡群。用以和我室培育的慢羽黄鸡配套,生产优质肉仔鸡,雏鸡可羽速自别雌雄,准确率达98.73%,母鸡为矮脚型,用作三系配套的第2母本,生产商品肉鸡,8周龄体重达1523.62±203.24g,耗料比2.24:1,实现了在同一配套组合中,同时利用快慢羽基因和矮小型基因的作用,达到优质、高效、低成本的目的。According to the genetic patten of sex-linked dwarf gene and making properly selective mating arrangement, we have seperated the dwarf chickens from those which brought dw gene and got purebreds in both cocks and hens. By extending population and selective breeding the dwarf yellow chickens were firstly developed in Guizhou province. The dwarf chickens were hybridized with slow feathering line which was developed previously in our farm and the high quality meat-type broilers were produced. The accuracy of identification sex in chicks by rate of feathering reached 98. 73%. The hens belonged to short leg phenotype uniformly,formly, which were used as the 2nd female breeder in trinary crossing to produce commercial broilers.The body weight of progeny reached 1523±203. 24g at 8 weeks old and the ratio of feed consumption was 2. 24:1. By making use of slow feathering gene. fast feathering gene and dwarf gene in the same hybridizedcombination the targets of high quality. high efficiency and low cost have been achieved in this research program.
