摘  要:采用多种室内毒力测定及实地蚕茧产量和质量考察,较全面地研究了叶青双对不同品种和龄期家蚕的毒性与影响.结果表明:高浓度(或高剂量)叶青双对不同品种和龄期成蚕无明显急性毒作用及其他不良影响.剂型、剂量和染毒时间等因素对蚁蚕耐饥饿力均有不同程度的影响,尤以染毒时间影响最大.而成蚕染毒高浓度叶青双对茧产量、质量等指标均无影响.The several acute toxicity tests to silkworms and the field investigation of silkworm cocoon yields and quality were undertook. The results showed that the N, N'-Methylene-bis with high concentration (high dose) had not any acute toxicity and other side-effects to silkworms with different breeds and age time. To starvation-resistant ability of ant silkworm, each test factor, such as dose, formulation and contaminaled days, had some different degree effects, especially the length of contaminated time.The field investigation of the silkworm cocoon yields and quality concluded that the pestcide had not any effect on both.
