摘　　要：本文将采纳技术创新的过程划分为两个阶段：认识与采纳，潜在采纳者在认识创新的条件下，按收益期望值做采纳决策。在Ｂａｓｓ模型的基础上，提出一个包含政府技术政策（信息供给及补贴采纳）因素和创新价格的认识与采纳模型。针对三种情形，讨论上述两种技术政策对创新扩散速度的不同影响。In this paper the adopting process of a technological innova-tion is divided into two stages:awareness and adoption,After awaring the innovation the potential adopters make adopting decision according to the expected yield.BaJsed on the Bass’Mo del a new awareness and adoption model in which the government technology policies(the information supply and subsidy to adoption)and the price of innovation are incorporated is proposed.Then we discuss the different influences of the two technology policies on the diffusion rate of the innovation under three situations。
