摘  要:介绍了国家标准GB“水质 烷基汞的测定 气相色谱法”制订任务的由来及背景;制订标准的依据及技术路线的选择;分析方法的质量保证(QA)和质量控制(QC)的重要性和意义。讨论了本项国家标准的3个显著特点:本项国家标准的建立是国际上首次将巯基棉吸附技术纳入国家级标准分析方法;在国内现有的GB中,首次引入QA和QC;该标准方法的适用范围不仅限于水质,可扩展到各种环境样品。The background and basis of the work were introduced, and the importance and significance of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) in analytical method of National Standard (GB) were presented. In addition, technological scheme for establishing the National Standard was discussed. There are three distinguished characteristics: 1, S.C.F. absorbent technique applying to the analytical method of National Standard (GB) is unique in the world; 2, QA/ QC of the contents are involved in the analytical method of National Standard (GB) is first time; 3, The application range of S.C.F. absorbent is widely used, not only for water but also for various environmental samples.
