煤沥青烟气对大鼠肺损伤及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：采用自然吸入的暴露方法,通过分析肺灌洗液成份及脾脏淋巴细胞转化功能,观察碳素厂冷压车间空气对大鼠肺损伤及免疫功能的影响。结果表明,在自然吸入染毒期间,引起大鼠肺灌洗液中乳酸脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶和唾液酸含量升高,肺巨噬细胞及其Fc受体数降低,并且还引起脾脏淋巴细胞转化能力下降。Free inhalation exposure was used for observing the effects of pitch fume in air of a carbon black factory on pulmonary cells and immune function. The results showed that during 2 months exposure, the level of LDH, ACP and NA in the bronchoaveolar lavage fluid of the rats which set in the workshop were significantly higher than that of the control, and the macrophage counting, the number of Fc receptors of AM, in the lavage fluid as well as transformation function of lymphocyte of spleen were lower than that of control significantly.
