摘 要:本文对车辆转向架主要承载构件的疲劳强度评估和寿命预测方法进行了系统研究.针对焊接结构和铸钢结构的不同疲劳特点采用了两种不同的评估方法.对焊接结构主要借鉴《ECCSRecommendationsFortheFatigueDesignofSteelStructures》进行疲劳评估研究,对铸钢结构则采用局部应力应变法和断裂力学法以估算寿命值来评估其疲劳强度.文中对上述方法的主要原理及在车辆转向架疲劳评估中的应用和可靠性等均结合实例进行了详细论述和验证;研究表明,本文所述方法理论可行、结果可靠,所得结论和建议可供有关部门在进行疲劳强度设计和制定疲劳强度设计规范时参考.In this paper, the methods of fatigue strength evaluation and life estimation for main load carrying parts of vehicle's bogie are studied. The paper applies different evaluation ways for the welded and the cast steel structure in accordance with their different fatigue characteristics. The design standard,《ECCS Recommendations for the Fatigue Design ed Steel Structures》 is tised for welded structure. The cast steel structure is evaluated by using local stress-strain approach and fracture mechanics method estimating its numerical value of fatigue life. The theory of above-mentioned ways and reliability applied to fatigue evaluation of vehicle's bogie is detailed and examined. The study shows that the theory is feasible and the result is reliable. Conclusion and Suggestion given in the paper can be referred to fatigue strength design and formulating fatigue design standard.
